Shipping

How much is shipping?
Free, on every order, with no minimum spend.

How long will my order take?
We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery inside the United States usually takes another 3 to 7 business days.

Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your parcel leaves us. If it has not arrived within 48 hours of your order confirmation, check your spam folder, then email us.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns

What is your returns window?
Thirty days from delivery, for unused and unopened items.

How do I start a return?
Email hello@shophoria.us with your order number. We reply with instructions and a return address.

When do I get my money back?
Within 5 to 10 business days of the item reaching us, back to the card or account you paid with.

My item arrived damaged.
Photograph it and email us the same day. Faulty or damaged goods are replaced or refunded in full, and you do not pay return postage.

Payment

What can I pay with?
All major credit and debit cards, plus the express wallets shown at checkout.

Is my card safe?
Card details go straight to our payment provider over an encrypted connection. They never touch our servers and we never see the full number.

What currency are prices in?
US dollars.

Products

Are your products genuine?
Yes. We buy through authorised channels and we do not sell replicas or lookalikes.

The colour looks different to the photo.
Screens vary. If what arrived is not what you expected, the 30 day window covers you.
